By accessing this website and utilising our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use AISHE if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Definitions
- "AISHE" / "We" / "Us": Refers to the AISHE ecosystem and its operational base at Techspace Shoreditch, London.
- "User" / "Architect": Refers to the individual accessing the software and website.
- "The Client": Refers to the AISHE System Client software installed on the user’s hardware.
- "NSPE": Refers to the Neural State Parameter Estimation technology.
2. Software as a Service (SaaS) Licence
AISHE grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to use the AISHE System Client strictly for personal or internal business use.
- Local Installation: The software must be operated on the user’s own Windows 10/11 hardware.
- Restrictions: You may not sub-licence, sell, rent, lease, or reverse-engineer the AISHE System Client or the NSPE Matrix.
- Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including the London Sub-Chain architecture, remain the sole property of AISHE.
3. Nature of Service (No Financial Advice)
AISHE is a technology provider, not a financial institution.
- Technology Only: We provide a neutral AI-driven interface. We do not provide investment advice, financial planning, or brokerage services.
- User Responsibility: The user is solely responsible for all trading decisions, parameter settings, and the selection of their third-party broker.
- Risk Acknowledgment: Trading financial instruments carries a high level of risk. AISHE shall not be held liable for any financial losses incurred through the use of our technology.
4. Operational Requirements
- Hardware & Connectivity: The user is responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and compatible hardware to support RTD, DDE, and ActiveX protocols.
- The Demo Protocol: AISHE mandates that all users utilise the Demo Mode to verify system stability before engaging in live market activities. Failure to do so is at the user's own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including English Law), AISHE shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the website or the software. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data loss, or system interruptions.
6. External Links and Brokers
Our website and software may interface with third-party brokers. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party brokers or services. You acknowledge and agree that AISHE shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage caused by such services.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the AISHE System Client will cease immediately.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London.
