Important Notice: Please read this document in its entirety before utilising the AISHE System Client.
Trading financial instruments, including but not limited to Contracts for Difference (CFDs), foreign exchange (Forex), and equities, involves a high degree of risk. The use of the AISHE Neural Matrix and the NSPE technology does not eliminate these risks.
1. High-Risk Investment Warning
Trading on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to trade, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. There is a possibility that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment; therefore, you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose.
2. Technology & Operational Risk
The AISHE System Client is a sophisticated Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. While we strive for 100% uptime and precision, the user must acknowledge the following technical risks:
- Connectivity Issues: Delays in data transmission via ActiveX, DDE, or RTD protocols can lead to execution slippage. AISHE is not responsible for losses caused by internet instability or hardware failure.
- System Requirements: The client must be operated on a stable Windows 10/11 environment. Incompatibility or background software interference can affect the performance of the NSPE algorithms.
3. No Guarantee of Performance
Past performance, whether actual or simulated by the AISHE logic, is not a reliable indicator of future results.
- Market Volatility: Financial markets are subject to sudden shifts driven by geopolitical events, economic data, or black swan events. No AI system, including AISHE, can predict every market movement with absolute certainty.
- Individual Training: Because each "Architect" provides individual parameters and training to their client, results will vary significantly between users.
4. The Mandatory Demo Protocol
To mitigate the risk of operational error, AISHE strongly mandates the use of a Demo Account (Paper Trading).
- We advise all new users to monitor the AISHE logic in a simulated environment for a sufficient period to understand its behaviour under various market states.
- Transitioning to a live account is a decision made solely by the user at their own risk.
5. Independent Financial Advice
AISHE is a technology provider, not a regulated financial advisor. The content on www.aishe.uk and within the software interface is for informational and educational purposes only. If you have any doubts about your financial situation or the risks involved in trading, you should seek advice from an independent, FCA-regulated financial advisor in the United Kingdom or your respective jurisdiction.
6. Limitation of Liability
By using the AISHE ecosystem, you agree that AISHE (and its partners at Techspace Shoreditch) shall not be liable for any direct or indirect trading losses, lost profits, or damages resulting from the use of our software, data, or community insights.
