Compliance & Regulatory Framework

At AISHE, integrity and transparency are the foundations of our ecosystem. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of operational safety and ensuring that our users are fully informed about the nature of our technology and their responsibilities within the "Future of Work" infrastructure.

1. Software as a Service (SaaS) Model

The AISHE System Client is provided strictly as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. AISHE does not function as a financial advisor, broker, or asset manager.

  • User Sovereignty: The software is installed and operated locally on the user's hardware (Windows 10/11).
  • Control: All trading decisions, parameter settings, and the initiation of the autonomous logic remain under the exclusive control of the individual user.

2. Risk Management & The Demo Protocol

To protect our community and ensure technical stability, AISHE enforces a strict Safety First policy.

  • Mandatory Testing: We strongly advise all users to utilise the Demo Mode (Paper Trading) before deploying the AISHE Client in live market conditions. This ensures that the user's hardware, connectivity (via ActiveX/DDE), and individual training settings are functioning optimally.
  • Capital Awareness: Users must acknowledge that trading financial instruments, particularly CFDs, involves significant risk. The AISHE neural matrix is designed to mitigate risk through NSPE (Neural State Parameter Estimation), but it cannot eliminate market volatility.

3. Data Privacy & Sovereignty

In alignment with modern data protection standards, including the principles of the UK GDPR, AISHE is engineered for maximum privacy.

  • Local Processing: Your trading data and personal strategies remain on your local system.
  • Federated Learning Security: When your client synchronises with the global AISHE matrix, only encrypted, anonymous "learned parameters" are exchanged. No personally identifiable information or specific trade histories are ever transmitted to our central servers.

4. Regulatory Boundaries

AISHE provides the technological infrastructure (the "Engine"), while the user provides the "Direction."

  • Broker Relations: Users are responsible for ensuring that their chosen brokerage firm complies with the regulations in their respective jurisdictions (e.g., FCA in the United Kingdom).
  • No Financial Solicitation: AISHE does not solicit deposits or manage third-party funds. Our revenue model is based solely on software licensing and ecosystem access.

5. Intellectual Property & Integrity

The proprietary technologies, including the NSPE Matrix and the London Sub-Chain architecture, are the intellectual property of AISHE. Any attempt to reverse-engineer or unauthorised redistribution of the AISHE System Client is strictly prohibited to protect the integrity of the network.

Commitment to Transparency

"Our goal is to provide a secure bridge to financial autonomy. Compliance is not just a legal requirement for us; it is a commitment to our users that the AISHE ecosystem is built on a foundation of trust, safety, and technological excellence."
